Terms of Service

By accessing and using JobSave.app ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JobSave.app, operated from Norway.

JobSave.app provides a web-based platform for tracking job applications, managing interview preparation, and organizing your job search process. Our Service includes:

• Job application tracking and management
• AI-powered interview training (voice and text)
• Analytics and insights
• Document storage and management
• Team collaboration features (Teams plan)
• Calendar integration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service.

Our AI interview training features are subject to fair use limits:

• Pro Plan: 25 text sessions and 10 voice minutes per month
• Teams Plan: 30 text sessions per member and 10 voice minutes per member per month

Excessive use beyond reasonable limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. Additional sessions and minutes can be purchased as add-ons.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Share your account with others (except Teams plan members)

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JobSave.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (job applications, resumes, notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your personal data in accordance with Norwegian and EU data protection laws, including GDPR.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement robust backup systems, we recommend regularly exporting your data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobSave.app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway. However, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
